    Factory Reset / MyBackup Pro!

I did a backup of apps, photos, and data and did a Factory Reset. I went to the Market and downloaded MyBackup Pro and hit restore. But it can't find anything to restore! Oh yeah, I'm loving this

    Help please!

Check your SD card. You should have a folder in there named rerware. That is where the backups are stored. Check the backup folders and make sure your apps and data dis back up. You we're rooted before and after right??

No not rooted. I'm thinking that MyBackup Pro backups to the Sd which is reformated during the factory reset. haha Fun Stuff. It just sends stuff to mnt/SDcard so I'm screwed. But I have no one to blame but myself.

Yeah you should have moved the folder to your actual SD card. And in order to save apps plus the app data you need to be rooted. Unrooted will only save the app itself.

Now it gets tough! I've been setting up an extremely complicated task set in CheckItOff with Sets and subsets and subsets of subsets! What a nice app! But do I really wanna start all over? Then all my folders of documents that I copied and pasted 1 at a time into B Folders must also be done again from Evernote. There are 2-3 more apps that will require entering data a second time. Times like this the old ipad 2 is looking mighty tempting!
