    Power Switch KO

    helo,

i buy my Transformer saturday afternoon , and after a few minutes i upgrade it with version 3.1 of ASUS via OTA , perfect !!

But now, the power switch is do nothing with a pression of 2 seconds or more (15 seconds)
it's a problem due to version or an hardware problem ?

    thank you

ps: excuse my english , it's not my mother language (french)

Try a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button and the DOWN volume button for 10-12 seconds and let them go. When you see the triangle on the screen press the DOWN volume button again and let it reboot.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition - Dell Venue 11 Pro Bay Trail (On Order) - LG Optimus G Pro

I had this problem as well, if you're just getting the volume controls when you hold the power and volume, it's a hardware problem with the power button. I took mine back and ordered another. I would do it sooner than later because mine got worse with time, eventually I couldn't even turn it on anymore.
