    Offline browser?

    Greets,

Any chance someone came across an offline browser that would allow to download with one click (or perhaps a scheduler) a set of websites which I'd be able to browse offline during my hour long commute ? (something similar to web spider, which would harvest inside domain related links)

    thanks in advance

There was an app in the 10c/10p android sale the other day that did this. I bought it but haven't used it yet. It is called Read it Later - seems to have decent reviews

I use read it later but I don't think it would fit the bill for the OP as it doesn't cache anything. It does do a good job of allowing me to save stuff from my News360 app that I want to get more info from on my desktop.

    Offline Browser

Download Web Pages for Offline Viewing:
when you are online (for example when you have a Wi-Fi connection) you can download all the web pages you need to read during the day; then you can browse the content also when you have no WiFi connection. In this way you can also save money and mobile internet traffic.

Oh ok sorry! I haven't actually used it yet I just thought that was it's purpose! I have gone a bit crazy with this 10p sale and bought most of them (with no intention of ever using them!!!)

I've been known to miss one now and then. Either you or Fred come along to expand on my answer or just plain bail me out. No problem.

    httrack

HTTrack Website Copier - Offline Browser

Used httrack for many years, and love it. Put it on a site overnight, and in the morning you should have a whole lot of stuff saved in one folder... simply copy that to transformer should work I assume? (don't own a prime yet but probably will have one in a month or two)

It's very useful for downloading huge sites for images research, or for offline browsing forums.
