Did you do a factory reset in CWM, as well as wipe the cache and davlik cache?

Any time you flash between different ROMs it is best to wipe your device (factory reset in CWM) as well as the caches. It will not wipe out the files in the /sdcard/, but it will wipe all apps that are installed.

You can pullthe microSD out, put it in a reader in a PC and download the .27 firmware from the Asus support site. Unzip it one time (it will still be a .zip) and place this file on the microSD. Place microSD into your tablet, boot to CWM and flash the firmware from the card. Keep in mind this will replace CWM with stock recovery, and stock unrooted firmware.

Remember to factory reset from CWM, and wipe the Cache and Davlik Cache (under Advanced)

EDIT: What method did you use to install 6.1.0.3? If it was ROM Manager, that may be the issue.

ROM manager and TF devices don't mix.

I think the best thing would be to install the 0.72 Naked Drivers on your PC (download from XDA, unzip and right click the inf files and install). Next, boot to CWM and then use EasyFlasher to flash a different recovery. Find EasyFlasher in the XDA TF101 Development forum.
