For sure...the total memory onboard that is supported with either the microSD or regular SD cards is 80GB with the 16GB Transformer, and 96GB with the 32GB Transformer - both can support the latest 64GB microSD and regular SD cards.

What has really not been tested much is using a USB external Hard Disk Drive connected to the dock.

so i should add a 64GB card to the tablet or to the dock? Great.

Tried the USB external 1 TB disc, but that did not worked.

I plugged in a Seagate 500GB external HD and it works just fine.

32GB micro SD (sandisk) works great also.

You can put the sd cards in either the dock or the tablet.

I think that the max on a removable on the tablet is 32, making it either 48 or 64 depending on which unit you have. The dock can, I believe, take a bigger one.

I used a Seagate GoFlex 1Tb drive, and it worked just fine with my TF... I've got 32G microSD (class 10), and am waiting to find another good deal on a 32G SD card (class 10), before I purchase one for the dock..

as far as the mem type the device can only take micro sd, the dock however can take regular sd size or micro sd in a sd adapter.

I've tried plugging a 2TB WD Element (USB2) to my transformer. It worked just fine.
