It's like an envelope that will fit just the tablet or mated together with the dock. If you use with the dock, it will probably stretch and then be too big for just the tablet. But it does have a closure, and a pull tab. Good quality leather. Pink, black or white.

This just has the straps to hold it in? how well does it hold the device? got a pic?

Jut like an ereader jacket with 4 elastic straps- perfect fit- pics to come

how well is the stand working?

stand is very sturdy- but it is just resting on the corrogated strip. Have pics on the TF-having trouble uploading via the TF. Will have to put on pc and go from there.

Anything like this exist for the transformer yet? I'm not sure if I want to buy the keyboard for 150 or just use a generic bluetooth keyboard. A folio with keyboard integrated would be pretty killer. I've had my transformer since they initialy came out about a month ago and still not sure I really need a keyboard.
