Angry Transformer is stuck on boot screen

For the past week or so, my TF can't get past the EEE Pad boot screen. If I hold the power button to kill it, it shuts off and immediately reboots and goes back to the EEE Pad screen. I'm running the latest version of ICS and I was already having problems. I have plenty of battery because if I charge it the EEE Pad screen will stay up for approx. a day before it runs out of battery and dies. I have held Power and Volume to get into the cold boot menu thing. When I pressed cold boot it freezes and nothing happens and same with wipe data. It says are you sure you want to wipe data and I say yes and then it freezes. How can I at least get this thing to boot so I can update it when a fix comes out? I have never rooted or done anything to it!

Since you can't use your unit I would call the Asus customer support number and get an RMA for it. I mean you haven't been able to use it for over a week now so send it to them!

Well I'm just thinking RMA would be a hassle but I guess your right. I was sort of hoping I could do some sort of software fix to fix it; any ideas?

One more thing: Assuming the problem is software: it worked fine under HC, what is ASUS gonna do exactly? Give me another unstable ICS FW?
