    Keystroke problems

    Hi,
When trying to compose a gmail or a forum message on my transformer 101 using the on screen keyboard or the docking keyboard I have a problem.
It starts out ok but after a few keystrokes there is a space between the cursor and the letter being typed. After several more characters are typed that space gets longer and before long it becomes unmanageable.
I'm using my iPhone to send this because it would be so difficult to use the 101 for it . I sent it in for repair and it was returned with the same problem.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, was it resolved and if it was, what was the solution?

Hope I'm not the only one and that there is a fix.
    Thanks

I've had a few issues with the keyboard including having the cursor stuck between letters and not being able to move it to the end with keypad or arrow keys.

Also had the backspace freeze up and the cursor jumping to the address bar or beginning of the text. I've spent the last few weeks trying to decide if it's me or the TP and am pretty sure now it's not just bad typing or accidentally hitting the keypad (which I turned off and still experienced the problems). It's a shame as physically the keyboard feels great to type on and sometimes it works fine so hopefully they're glitches that will be fixed or I'll figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Sorry I can't help with a solution but the one thing I didn't think to try was using the function key to go to end?

I have also had some of what you describe in addition to what I described initially. With mine it appears to be a tablet issue since it happens with the keyboard dock and the onscreen keyboard.
    Anyone else have these issues?

    im having simular problems

i have had this tablet for a couple of days and I am having lag issues still after update and it doesnt recognize some keystrokes its faster almost to use the on screen keyboard disabling the mouse pad while typeing helps a little and a different browser than the stock helps as well but still very annoying. And the lock up of buttons and the moving of say typeing in this thread to the search bar to say the least makes me want to return it

I have notice the cursor spacing issue, and it is only on some browsers. Opera Mobile does not have this issue, but Boat Browser and Dolphin HD have the issue.

Try checking out some different browsers. Opera Mobile has ZERO lag and is my go-to for forums.
