    Disconnecting screen causes freeze

Hi, I bought my wife a transformer for Christmas and she loves it. One big problem though is that everything seems to freeze whenever the screen is removed from the keyboard dock (or vice versa). Are we doing anything wrong?

    thanks,

The system should not freeze, but I have noticed most apps will need to re-open if you dock/undock. MoboPlayer will restart the video it is playing, Angry Birds will need to re-open, etc.

Do you have the TF101 or TF201?

Ive got the tf101. Must admit that im not sure of the difference. Im planning on downloading a new browser anyway so that might solve the problem.
Ive realised while writing this reply that the touchpad keyboard is really difficult to use. Is it just a case of gettingused to it or are there other options?

Missed this one, sorry. Try turning off the touchpad (top row, 4th button from the left) so the cursor does not jump around whilst typing.

I bet that you use some sort of storage (SD or something in the USBs). When in use, TF freezes when disconnected.
