files suddenly moved to 'LOST' directory and unrecoverable

I keep getting this issue with files held on the MicroSD and the SD card on the docking keyboard. For no apparent reason, I will power up from sleep and the files are corrupted and gone.

If I shutdown completely and power up when I need the TF then this does not seem to happen. Its been going on a fair while, but I have not found any consistency that I could pin down to post.

This is not happening on files held internally.

    Any thoughts ?

I would put the card in a PC and run the H2testw to make sure it is good memory and not a fake. Google for h2testw and you will find it
