Pen issue: skips when writing
Hello all!
I'm loving my new T103HA in almost every way, but I do seem to have some issues with the pen when using it for taking handwritten notes, etc. The issue is that the pen seems to "skip," giving me an intermittent line every so often when I'm writing. I can improve the performance by turning on palm rejection in windows, making sure the battery is fresh, and by using an artist's palm rejection glove (which seems to work best, though it's a little tedious). It appears to be some kind of issue with palm rejection, though I'm not certain.
This behavior is particularly annoying when using tools for converting handwritten to digital text, such as Nebo notes, as it interferes with the handwriting recognition.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of behavior? Are there solutions?
Thanks!
