Does it make sense to get ASUS Transformer T100HA as addition to SB?

Hi,

I've been using Surface Book for a few months and I am about to go on vacation. I just realized I'd be too worried to take SB with me, as I am basically on the road a lot of the time and damaging/loosing/having the SB stolen would make me want to shoot myself.

So I am thinking about buying ASUS Transformer T100HA with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage for the trip - does anyone have any good advice for or against buying it?

Honestly I hope this is at least close to SB experience, I have a spare 32GB microSD so the storage is not THAT bad, I am mainly curious how worse would it be?

Maybe someone here actually has/had that or similar Transformer and can share his/her feedback or say anything?

I'd appreciate it in advance, as this is my crazy idea I came across today and if I decide, I'll probably need to buy it tomorrow to get it prepped for the trip.

Not sure if I would recommend that. I have no personal experience with that model, but people report a lot of trouble with the various T100 models, made much worse by non-existing Asus support.

You would be better off buying something like the ASUS Vivo book or similar from another mfg.
