    Question T1002HA Bitlocker issue

So I've just booted up my Asus tablet and, it's saying I to need a key for BitLocker. I don't have the key, it's a PC I found in my sister's room and I'm trying to fix it up for my mother.
I want to just reinstall windows 10, I've got USB drive with windows, I just need to know how to install it on my tablet.
    Step by step answer, please.

Hi lelop, allow us to apologize about the troubles. You should be able to use the option that says skip this drive to proceed on the bitlocker screen. To be able to BOOT from the USB drive, please ensure that it was made for UEFI BIOS then press "F2" when you power on the device to access the BIOS. Follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to "Security" then disable "Secure boot options" or "Secure boot priorities".
    2. Press "F10" to save and exit.
    3. Press "Esc" multiple times before your device tries to turn on. When you see a screen that shows Boot options or choose a device to boot from then you stop pressing "Esc".
    4. Select the USB drive.
    5. The installation will start, so go through the steps and you should be okay.
