Is there a Linux thread anywhere for this machine?

    I cannot find one.

I am considering buying this machine and installing xubuntu alongside windows. I have experience of Linux and am wondering if the majority of it has been found to work under this OS? I notice the T100 has quite a following.

    T101HA > T102HA & Linux

Having read the threads about th T101 I am wondering how much chance there is of installing Linux (xubuntu) as a dual boot on the T102?

Has anybody any thoughts? I haven't bought it yet but it looks good and would allow me to dispose of my dual booted 15" laptop if there was a good chance I could get it running. I have some knowledge of Linux and installing dual booted systems, making and using live USB's with persistence.

I would appreciate any comments. I have asked in the correct thread if there was a Linux thread for the T102 but it seems there is not.

This appears to be in the wrong forum as there is one related to alternate OS but not the machine I am concerned about.

    Welcome to the forum

PLEASE respect the forum rules. I have merged all three of your mainly identical threads into one thread here. Thank you.

I doubt there has been much done on Linux on the T102 - you might be the trailblazer.

PLEASE Search for existing threads before posting a new one. Thanks.

Your opinion matters. But should you disagree - please try not to be disagreeable
