    [SOLVED] Pen problems...all I get is lines?

    This is what I get when I try to use my pen.....I've tried using it in PaintShopPro, Paint, using Windows Ink (screen sketch) and in the programs themselves. "hello" is written with my finger, lower part of page is what I get with the pen drawing random circles...

    I know I had it working at one point a month or so ago in Fresh Paint. Can anyone advise?hello.png

    Hi lorraineg, allow us to apologize for the troubles. Please do the following steps below:

    1. Unplug the charger.
    2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute.
    3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally.

    After this, please try doing Windows updates and remove the batteries from your stylus for 10 - 15 seconds then put them back in. Let us know the outcome.

    I ended up resetting the pen (search>"calibrate"> pc settings> setup> pen input then recalibrated. Seems to have fixed the issue.
