Windows Driver Foundation running with 7-10% CPU in Tablet mode
Hi,
I have installed all ASUS drivers, Windows Updates and the newest BIOS Version, even tried to reset the system to default and installing all updates/drivers again and still have the follogin issue:
As soon as I undock the Tablet from the keyboard, a Process called Windows Driver Foundation starts running, which consumes about 7-10% of the CPU Power all the time. It vanishes as soon as I dock the keyboard back.
Does anyone else has this issue or is it a "feature"?

Hello Koliham,
Thank you for posting and we are happy to assist. Did you install the chipset driver from our support site? Asus.com/us/support

Hello,
yes, I have installed the chipset drivers and the issue still occurs.
The only thing I have found out is, that if I deactivate "ASLDR Service" from the autostart or uninstall the ATK package software, which contains ASLDR service, the process "Windows Driver Foundation" is always running, even in laptop mode with the keyboard docked.
My device isn't even old, I have bought it in december 2017 and since then even after a replacement of the tablet the issue occurs.

Go to msconfig and disable unneeded service. Hope it helps!
