Not getting on with my T200

    Hi
I am a new member and have little knowledge of the technicalities of pc's tabs, phones etc.
I am not getting on with my T200 running win 8.1. I find I go straight to my old iPad as it is so simple for what I use it for(Internet searching) and using apps.i was a bit disappointed when I bought the T 200 that there was no real user instructions with it and the user help that is included onboard is about as helpful as cling film oven gloves .what I would like to known is can I run android OS on it instead of win 8

    Thanks in advance

    Welcome to the forum

You find Windows difficult to use?

That amazes me... but if you don't like it, return it for credit would be my advice. Certainly don't think about "bricking" it by invalidating your warranty by trying to customise the OS in the way you describe.

Or, visit the Microsoft support section and read/follow the tutorials on Windows 8/8.1. They are very good.

    All the best

    Welcome to the forum

It all depends on what you plan on doing with your device. If it's for casual use, browsing, mail video, music any device iPad or Android will do. Some people can operate without Windows, most can't get real work done without it, especially compared with a different OS. on a tablet.

Getting your money back is probably a good idea.
