    Welcome to the forum

This "someone" must be a programmer/tinkerer, (or an idiot), first class. Trying to do that could cause your system unusable for either. Just install an emulator. Something like AMIDuOS.

A person doesn't need to be a programmer to install android. Checkout android x86. Its pretty neat! All you need is to know how OS are installed, have technical computer skills (know how to burn iso's to usb or dvd's, change bios settings) and good instructions (aka not from a dev, and without missing parts). Its very easy! AND FREE unlike AmiDuos!
You can even just run off flash drive and not install to internal emmc.

Any questions feel free to PM me!

Emulators are quite slow for 2G ram!

Referring back to the original question, the sticking point is "dual boot" with Windows 10. Had it been Windows 7 it wouldn't be an issue at all.

Android work very nicely on ASUS TA200TA in tablet mode, its much more smooth and handle easily then windows 10
1st need to disable Bitlocker in pc settings, and disable boot secure in BIOS
2nd need to download Android-x86-Kitkat_Baytrail-K4.0-T200TA_Aug28 then made it ISO file
3rd need to download and install Androidx86-Installv24-5800.exe it will install android on your pc without doing any partition
then enjoy dual boot Android windows
