T101ha won't start after bios update

Hey guys. I have this 2in1 for about half a year now and had no problems.

Now I started winflash, downloaded new bios update, pc restarted... and nothing.

Nothing happened for about couple of hours. When I press start button the white led flashes about 5 times like normal but nothing happens. Black screen. Then the white led flashes every couple of seconds or so. Even if I keep it pressed for 30-45 seconds nothing happens.

The battery is charging like normal (from orange to white led when it was full).

Is there any hope or did I bricked it?

    THank you for your help.

Hi FalcoGooner, allow us to apologize for the inconvenience caused and we'll be happy to help as best as we can. Please try the following steps below and let us know the outcome.

    1. Turn off the computer.

    2. Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.

    3. Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.

    4. Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

    5. Press and hold down the Power button for about 45 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.

    6. Plug the AC adapter back into the notebook computer, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.

    7. Press the Power button to turn on the computer.

    8. If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally , and then press the Enter key.

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately that didn't help.

Like before, the LED by the start button flashes 4-5 times like normal but that it is. The screen stays black, no backlight, the light at the camera doesnt turn on.

Then for the next 30 or so seconds the LED flashes white every 4-5 seconds and if I keep the power button pressed it stops blinking. After about 45 second I reconnect the power adapter and it does the same(the LED flashes quickly 4-5 times and then it blinks every 4-5 seconds for about half a minute).

Thank you for the response. Since we were unable to get the device to boot up, we recommend servicing. Please send us an email with your serial number to socialsupportus@asus.com with reference to case#: N180738973
