    Hello,
one of our Asus T101HA will not boot.
Only the Asus Logo is showing, after that a black screen is shown and start from again.
So it will be nice, if it is possible to do an reinstall of the operating system.

I hope somebody could help me.

    thanks in advance

Hey speedymk1, please allow us to apologize for the experience you had encountered and we'll be more than happy to assist you. Have you tried the above steps to see if you could restore the unit to its factory settings? If not, you can use the above procedure to restore your unit to its factory settings. If the above procedure does not work, you'll be required to send the unit in for servicing. Please send us a private message with your serial number so that we can verify your warranty status.
