Exclamation For those might - MICROSOFT OFFICE 2013 PROFESSIONAL WORKS GREAT ON THE T100

As all of you know, one of the nice added benefits of the T100 is that it comes with Microsoft Office Home & Student Office 2013.

This is a great benefit to MS Office users.

Because my company is a preferred MS Partner and we get an amazing deal - I chose to upgrade both my home PC and T100 to MS Office 2013 Professional. This version adds several other Office products, including Access and Outlook. There are a couple of other additions including InfoPath and Publisher.

Having done the upgrade, I can now confirm that Microsoft Office Professional 2013 does indeed work (and it works well) on the T100.

As a regular Outlook user and occasional Access one as well. Now that I've configured things on both the home PC and T100, my e-mail is in sync on both devices. I prefer Outlook over the standard e-mail program that comes with the T100. Very nice.

I just entered My key instead of the one on the sticker. It does go to the network for some stuff, but maybe just enough to get the missing options, since it was only "online" for 5 minutes, and I installed everything including Access, Lync, outlook and Publisher.

    Basically yes.

It does an install via a download. In my case, I also ordered a backup CD copy...just in case.

I also have this option, but installed the ASUS key already for MS Office when the ASUS T100 prompted me when I first got it.

Is there a way to install my Office Pro key now?

Add/Remove program option should give option to change install and that'll let you change the product key... just need Internet access to handle the re-activation... may still need the installation disc/files if the install is different, like adding Outlook, etc...

May I know how much memory is left after you installed the 2013 Professional? Thanks!

I don't believe so...there are numerous parts and files that include updating the registry...
