    T100HA random freezes and crashes (please help!)

    This device would often hard freeze (as in, I can't do anything aside from forcing the device to reboot by pressing power button). The range of time before it freezes is very much random too. Sometimes, I can run it for HOURS without any issues (which led me to think I've somehow fixed the issue, but nope... the thing would freeze soon after). Other than the random freezing, sometimes I also experience crashes in which the screen will get a little pixellated (blue pixellation) and the device will reboot by itself.
    Add: I've also noticed that the freeze happens a lot more often when watching videos online.

    I've clean installed Windows 10 MULTIPLE times + install driver from the T100HA support website, but the issue persists. I've also upgraded BIOS to latest version, which is 221, I believe.

    I initially thought it was a Windows 10 issue as a lot of people seem to experience the same issue. However, I have done all the fixes that should fix those Windows 10 issues (turn Hard drive to never turn off, turn off PCI link management in power options, set bigger virtual memory, and more). Moreover, when I run a Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool to check whether it's the RAM causing problem, it's also freaking FREEZING (yes, just like in Windows!).

    Is this a hardware issue for good? I would like to think it isn't, because other than the stupid freezing issue, the tablet is great and returning is a pain. But this freezing issue is ruining my experience, and definitely makes this laptop not as reliable as I need it to be...

    Anyway, I would love to hear any feedback regarding this issue.

    The first thing that sprang to mind, when you said you had reinstalled Windows many times, was a wifi issue.
    Channel conflict?
    IP conflict?
    Driver issue?

    Others may have better ideas.

    Hello there.
    I don't experience any WIFI issue.
    I experience tons of freeze, hence why I reinstalled Windows 10 in hope it would fix the issue (but it didn't help).
    The freeze happens with or without WIFI, so I don't think WIFI is the problem here.
