I was about to post a new thread, but this covers my issue - i'm having the exact same problem, mixed with a BSOD on attempts to launch Windows.

I tried running recovery and also booting from USB to reinstall W10, but none of the options work. When i turn off the secure boot in BIOS there is no way to turn CSM on, on restart it boots me into a BitLocker recovery and i get an error that there are no more BL recovery files and i should contact PC manufacturer.

Hopefully someone knows the answer, i need my TF back asap

Aren't there options on the screen?

Alternatively you should be able to turn on the ability to boot from external media from within the BIOS and then you can wipe the drive and reinstall from the external media.

Not sure whom were you answering, but i cannot seem to force any sort of USB interaction, it just flashes the screen and i'm back in BIOS. Tried F9 booting but it said no recovery device is connected... I created a Win10 recovery USB from my other pc, shouldn't it be working?

If you want to be able to boot from external media you need to disable secure boot.

Here is how to do it...

    Hello,
If I press power button and F9, the tablet goes into Aptio Setup Utility. No "Troubleshoot" there.

    No.
    Under "Boot" I have only:
    Boot Option #1
    Boot Option #2

    Nothing else to choose.
