    T100AR - Intermittent WiFi - Win10 Pro

Hello to all. I seem to be having serious issues with the Wi-Fi performance on my T100Ar device, no matter if I am on Win8.1, or the latest version of Win10 (which I am right now).

Quite frequently, my device will report show that the Wi-Fi connection is not connected to the Internet, and viewing the Wi-Fi settings hangs for a few seconds, and even Airplane doesn't work right away. When this happens, Chrome also becomes non-responsive until the device is connected to the Internet again.

I have the latest drivers, and they are all of the correct drivers for my device, to my knowledge. Does anyone else experience this problem? Is it just time for a new device (the processor is getting sluggish as well)?

    Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to connect on the 2.4GHz or 5.0Ghz band?
You may be getting RF interference from other 2.4 devices.

2.4GHz. That's interesting information. I understand why the interference would cause a break in my connection, but I don't understand why it affects the performance of my browser. I still find that to be very unusual.

Browser performance is dependent on the strength & stability of the wifi connection. Any break in the connection will cause data packets being resent. This is by design of those that invented TCP/IP.

Seems like you're correct. With some evaluation...it seems like my printer is causing the interference.

    Thanks.
