just curious...why update the bios?I tried to find product page for the tas but couldnt(i'm usa so that's probally why)..
how old is your t100 and what is the manufactor date(should be on sticker on bottom of dock)? any bsod or error popup windows? any bsod with win 8 or any other issues you noticed before upgrading?
did the problem start right after upgrading? or after installing different things?

please forgive any mispellings...on an Ipad2 thats really showing its age.

I updated the BIOS after I installed Windows 10. It was the latest BIOS for the T100TAS on the Asus website. It came with windows 8.1. Guess I just wanted everything to be up to date.
I bought it brand new in Jan 2015, ordered it from Amazon. I didn’t want to get one locally because I’m in South Korea and everything is in the Korean language. The manufacturing date on the sticker on the bottom of the dock is 2014 09.
I didn’t notice any issues before I installed 10. There was no BSOD or slow throttling speeds at all. Well with the exception of the machine losing power when sleeping.
The issue started after I went to 10. First I did the free upgrade to 10 then had issues with the volume/audio and the machine was just super slow. I later did a “clean install” to 10 and everything seemed to work fine till I noticed that as much as 70% power left, operating on battery or plugged it, it throttles around 50ghz.
