    Angry [SOLVED] Mouse cursor issues

    Hi all,

    Newbie to this forum and it looks like a great place to hang out.

    I've recently purchased a T100 TAF and I am having issues with the mouse freezing up. I removed the tablet from the keyboard and reinstall...it is are fine. But when I shut down and restart the next day, the mouse freezes up again most of the time but not all the time.

    I am currently running windows 8.1 and I see that there maybe issues with windows 10. I am holding off on upgrading to windows 10.

    I am not sure if this is a regular problem.

    Welcome to the forum

    I'm guessing you are talking about the cursor? Look in device manager to see if anything stands out. I would find the driver(s) and uninstall those then restart. It sounds like a corruption somewhere.

    Problem solved, my cursor was frozen because of the new leather case. When I log off and closed the case, it created force on the tablet and keyboard. This caused issues with the connection.

    I took it back to where I purchased it with the case removed...everything worked fine in the store...it figured things was working...embarrassing.

    It is fine if I don't completely close the case.

    Thanks leeshor for your help. It took 3 months for me to figure out the problem.
