I agree with Rick. Might be a calibration problem. This topic came up in xda: T100 may be very similar...

The Google search reflects 98% redundancy. Repeats of the same issue doesn't make it larger...just redundant.

OWNER OF ASUS 64GB T100TA w/128GB microSD, and now running Windows 10
I'm having this issue as well in Skype.
The solution on the Asus page isn't applicable as there is no option to select "ASUS T100HAN Camera". There is a single dropdown box with two options, OV5670 and UNICAM Front. OV5670 is the rear camera, and when selected displays the correct orientation (though unusable, as it is on the other side of the tablet). Selecting UNICAM Front selects the front-facing camera with its display upside-down.
On my tablet there is no option within Skype to reverse or rotate the camera.
With regards to calibration, is there a calibration tool for the T100HA's sensors?
The FAQ on the ASUS site fixed the problem for me with respect to the "personal" version of Skype, but not for Skype for Business. Also, we use a video conferencing system at work from Bluejeans.com and on that, in the settings page the ASUS T100HAN Camera option does show up, and it is then possible to select the front camera "UNICAM Front" but the image is still upside down. So it seems that there are some ad hoc fixes for specific software systems for this problem, but more work is required to come up with a general solution.
I am a new user of Asus t100ha with Windows 10 64x already built in. I am another person with flipped front camera. I tried all those fixes above but nothing seems to help. I searched what I could but I'm helpless. To sum up I reinstalled drivers from Asus official support site: there are CameraFilters (tried both versions), SOC package (tried it). FAQ on Asus site seems to be useless. I dont have any options with Unicam availible in Skype. I also tried installing older drivers via Action menu in Device Manager. What else can i do?
I too have the upside down front camera on a T100HAN in Skype.
Strange enough though when I go into the screen resolution settings the machine (while docked) is coming up as "Horizontal (flipped)" instead of "Horizontal" so this may be where the upside down camera is coming from. If windows think the machine is flipped / upside down then it makes sense for the camera to be so.
I also add that if you turn the machine upside down then the camera displays the correct image but with the camera now at the bottom of the screen you have to lift it to be able to use it.
Either there is a sensor issue somewhere which I would imagine could be easily fixed / recalibrated but it is rather annoying non the less.
