    Keyboard problem

Some of the keys on the top row of letters on my keyboard have stopped working. Has anyone had the same problem? I restored to factory settings but it is still the same. Does anyone have instructions on how to dismantle the docking station to get the keyboard out?

The physical keyboard of my Asus transformer netbook does not work. It only works for my password after turning my laptop on but when
I open Chrome or other softwares that i need to type in some words, it wont work. I can use its mouse but not the keys. I am now using the keyboard on its tab. I already had my laptop reformatted and also resetting it to its Factory settings but nothing has changed. One weird thing that i see is that after turning my laptop on, the "c" symbol is continuously being typed on my password box but i'm not typing anything yet. My laptop is just 1yr and 8 mos old only and I haven't dropped it ever since. I was so careful with it so i don't think i damaged it or something.

    Welcome to the forum Taj

I have deleted the two other copies of your post. They are not required.

Clearly you would appear to have a problem. I would think to track down the issue, you should try using the tablet on its own and see what results you get then

Then, find another T100 & try that keyboard.

If both of the above are succesful, then you can reliably deduce that the issue is a hardware problem on your keyboard dock.

    So the tablet works OK.

Now we need to determine if it is the keyboard, the dock connection on the tablet or the software. The way to do that is to find and try another keyboard. Find a friend / colleague or go into a store.
