Smile Low Disk Space problem? (ASUS T100)

After reading a few of this website's threads (I'm new to this website), I am sure my 2 questions will be answered quite easily. I am young, not good with tech-stuff, and don't speak English well enough (not my main language).

During another problem I had, I went on this forum
    No Disk Space 32GB (p.1 VIDEO: 1:45)
and now I think something is wrong with my tablet (SEE LINK BELOW)
    Capture.PNG

Why does that person have hard disk drives when I only have ''devices and drives''?

And why do I only have around 6.5-7 GB of free space, when I have only Microsoft office installed (like 76.0mb) and Bandicam (30mb) with all the videos deleted. NO APPS INSTALLED. NO PROGRAMS INSTALLED. All I have is a folder containing my old files (500mb)

The man in the video has ''OS (C'' drive with 323GB!
If I remember correctly, I had 11.9 GB of free space after FACTORY RESET like 4 times in 10months, which is not even half the capacity, then it started diminishing. And my

    Windows folder occupies 16.1GB
    Users folder, 1.21GB
    Programs Files folder 3.02GB
    eSupport folder 246mb
    Asus Webstorage folder 4.26mb
    TOTAL: 20.583GB

I remember, before I factory reset, I had like 9GB of free space with a few apps installed (GAMES: 200MB) and my Windows folder wasn't even as big (maybe even 11GB? so 5GB less?), even though that windows lasted a few months old before I reset it to factory settings a week ago.

    Thank you!

Hello. That video was just to illustrate how to delete restore points to free up space. It was not a T100 and could have been a laptop or desktop with a large hard drive. Sorry that that was confusing to you. You are actually doing really well with 6-7 gb free space on a 32 gb model. Windows updates, Office updates, etc. are consuming disk space. With a 32 gb model, you need to keep up with cleaning out Windows Updates remains, temp files, and maintenance files (log, restore points, etc.). There is the treesize program:
TreeSize Free - Quickly Scan Directory Sizes and Find Space Hogs
to help you find out large files. It sounds like your OS is using the Wimboot compression technology so that is good. See what Windows 10 leaves you with in terms of disk space.

Thank you! That answered all my questions. As for the Treesize program, I downloaded it and scanned my computer, but how do I clean out Windows Updates remains, temp files and maintenance files? Is there an option to do that?

    How about a 5th thing?

    5th thing
Go to c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete those files. There may not be a lot there but every little bit helps.

Just between us, that can cause some serious problems with existing installed software. And the worst part is that you will never figure out that it's having a problem - because one of those files is missing. Try the utility I posted about instead.
