Please tell us "how long it's been since you got" your T100?

Did your problem start after a Windows update?

I have had this tablet since september 2014.
i'm not sure if i did any update before this problem came up. since i share it with my wife. but i think it might have something to do with this

    so far i tried to

    - update bios (seems i have the latest version)
    - system update (all drivers are up-to-date.)

You can look at the dates that Windows updates were installed. Did your problem start after the last group of update(s) were done?

Are you saying you had experienced what the user had done in your linked post and that may have started your issues? That thread kind of dead-ended with no solution defined on 10/1/14.

Please include the following for your model#,
Model number - eg T100TAS, T100TAM or whatever...
CPU - eg Z3740 or Z3775 or whatever...
Size of memory - 32Gb, 64Gb, 500Gb HDD in dock or whatever...
    System BIOS number
    Windows version
Location (USA, Canada, UK, Australia etc.) to assist in recommendations for accessories, for example.

Wow. Never seen that before. Did it happen before you installed the adapter? Does it happen when the battery gets low? Just trying to figure out any patterns. I suppose if you think it is the adapter, you will have to consider a refresh or recovery install. I'd probably consult with Asus, too, to keep your warranty options open.

In retrospect, you probably should have plugged the adapter in by itself rather than connected to the projector. That would have allowed for any driver install that might be needed.

Well what happened with the projector wasn't me so I can't exactly tell how it happened. And the screenshot you see was taken after i fully charged the tablet and watched a movie for about 90 minutes. So i think battery was more than half.

So the last time Windows was updated was on 20140929? Was that the first day you set up your T100? There's been a lot of Windows updates since then.

Also, please look at the Windows update history page and see if any updates show "failed" vs "successful".

Make sure the failed updates you've listed weren't installed successfully at a later date.
