    I suggest trying to get those two updates from MS's website and manually install them. Keep in mind that even if an update installs successfully, installing updates out of MS specific order can cause problems. If your problem doesn't resolve installing those two updates, you may have to do a full system restore.

    Okay thanks. I'll update them and use it for 1 day to see if the problem occurs again. normally it happens everyday at least once.

    downloaded both updates. can't install them. i get an error message that the update is not valid for my system.

    edit: could it have something to do with the dock? I just put it the dock and the screen froze immediately.

    Possibly dock related or more likely an issue with the HDD in the dock.

    Non valid updates should not show up in the list at all if they were not valid for that system. If those two updates now show as non valid for your system when you try to install them, there is likely a prerequisite update that didn't get installed in the past.

    Problem : Screen Freezing

    Hi guys,

    I require your help because I have a problem with my Asus transformer T100 which is quite nex (2 month). I would prefer to avoid sending it back so I hope you will be able to help me. I looked previous threads but I didn't find a similar problem. Which is...

    Sometimes at random moments my screen becomes all "blurry" and freezes (see pictures attached, it will speak more than words). Sometimes it males a noise too when it freezes. Anyway the only way to continue using the computer is to reboot it by pushing the on/off button. Then to be able tu turn it on again I have to plug it in, even if my battery is still around 30-50%. If not When I try to turn it on, it makes a noise, the white light turn on, and it turns off, and so several times..

    I already try to reboot entirely the computer, but the problem reappeared. Is it a common known problem ?

    Here's a very recent thread from another user with what appears to be a very similar issue.

    Screen Freeze and Battery drain

    Abdisson was the OP on that thread and I'm unsure if he's had resolution but read through that thread and follow any instructions given. Does your problem only happen when the tablet is connected to the keydock?

    Oh I didn't saw it (and it's quite a recent thread), sorry for the duplication !

    3 last times it only happened when the table was connected to the dock yes, and I think that previous times it was the case too but I'm unsure.
