Updating T100 after restoring system - Live Update or Windows Update?

Hello, I restored Windows on my T100 completely due to the problems with Windows Store. After that I want to update my tablet, however according to the Live Update system is up to date what can't be true cause Windows Update after 'Check for Updates' showed me 44 system updates. Should I update via Windows Update normally? Last time I updated that way and Store still didn't work for me. Any solutions? Cheers!

Live update will only show T100 hardware driver updates. You'll have to grab the Windows updates through the standard windows update system. Well, unless you want to go to MS website and download the seperate MSU files for each update, and ensure you install them in the right order (as some updates are required before others will install, or install properly). Asus live update might not be showing you any updates because it might need to chew the fat for a day or two before it'll show you the actual updates.

If you did a restore, there are a lot of driver updates. You can also just grab the latest ones directly from Asus support website.

I know you probably don't want to hear this but there are other things to try to correct Windows Store access problems short of a total restore.
