Have latest Broadcom Drivers and WIFI disconnects when on battery
Please help me with the settings. I am still required to use the airplane toggle trick to get my wireless to work after the tablet goes to sleep n battery power.
Is there a setting which can be changed to prevent this disconnection while the tablet goes to sleep?
Thank you

This issue has been mentioned a few other places on this forum recently. You might try a search to see what comes up. Did your WiFi problem begin after updating the driver? If so, I beleive the solution proposed was to roll the driver back to the older version. Supposedly the newer Broadcom driver(s) are buggy.
This is one of the reasons I rarely install updates when they first come out, especially BIOS and driver updates. It's the old "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" adage. I will install updates like these eventually, but I always wait to hear if others are having problems before I do. It has saved me a lot of grief over the years. Just my two cents.
I'd do a search for the other threads and consider rolling the driver back to the previous one, assuming you've updated it.

No need to do this anymore. latest firmware update solved this issue.

I ran the install for the new Broadcom driver Version V5.93.99.187.1, but the network adapter still shows .187 (not .187.1). How do I get the adapter to use the updated driver?

The 5.93.99.187.1 is a 'tweak' to 5.93.99.187 and so the .1 doesn't show up in the driver version number. To make sure it is installed go to:
• Device Manager
• Network Adapters
• Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter
• Events tab. It should show the date and time the driver was installed

Thanks - it does show that a new driver was installed. I was confused because the driver date under the DRIVER tab still showed the original driver date of 12/4/2013. I was hoping this update would fix the problem with wifi being stuck on limited after returning from sleep mode. No such luck however.

Try going to .168 MS signed driver. Its the only Wifi driver version I can get to work (mostly) properly on my T100. .99.187.1 especially causes my Wifi to lockup hard after just a couple of minutes of use, not simply resuming from sleep.
