Is it possible to change the wireless adapter?
Not likely unless you can remove and replace surface mounted soldered on components.

Which Broadcom driver version are you using? Which driver versions have you tried?
    Rick, loving my T100TA-C1-GR Z3740 64GB Win 10
BIOS 314. All Windows updates except Bing. All Asus Live Updates. WIFI driver 5.93.99.210
I get 8-12 hrs use per charge using SLEEP mode. Warning, NEVER calibrate the touchscreen.

There's always the option of just using a USB adapter instead. =/

I have tried the latest Win 8.1 on Asus site, the one Windows 10 installs and also 7.35.308.0 WHQL found at both station-drivers.com and necacom.net

when i deleted the windows 8.1 files using disk cleanup speed went from .4Mbps to about 3Mbps which is usable. I did order an USB wireless card. only one USB port of course.

Broadcom BCM-43xx Wireless Lan Drivers Version 7.35.308.0 WHQL

Update: I tried all 3 drivers again and still at below .1 Mbps (.08,.09Mbps)

when i install the latest driver from Necacom is gives me: 1/5/2013 5.93.98.208
when i check for updates in windows 10 it updates to: 8/3/2015 5.93.103.20
when i use the drivers from Asus site I get: 3/16/2014 5.93.98.207

I think i will save the key and do a complete fresh install of Win 10.

    Hi

Can anyone help please. I have the T100TA and am having awful problems with WiFi. All of a sudden it won't connect or comes up with limited availability on network. Phones and other devices are fine. I've updated the driver making sure it is the Microsoft and not Broadom but it keeps chucking me off and if I go back in and update the Microsoft driver it works again for a few minutes then off again. Can anyone provide some tips for an idiot It user. Thanks

Did you try going into System Devices and disabling the wifi adapter and then restarting? Or try right clicking the wifi symbol and clicking 'troubleshoot connection'?

    Flush DNS Cache

You could try flushing the DNS Cache in case there is corruption, might not help but it won't harm either

    In Desktop mode:
    • Right click on the Start button
    • Select Command Prompt (Admin)
    • Select Yes in the UAC window
    • In the Command Prompt window type (NOT copy/paste) ipconfig /flushdns
Note: There is a space before /
    • Press the Enter key
    • You should see the success message, then you can exit the window

    Good luck

It is one year since I joined this fine forum. I can see that WiFi connectivity continues to be an issue. Once the connectivity is fixed, it is a top performing Windows tablet, with great battery life.

I will avoid the Windows 10, with all the bandwidth hogging MS spyware and update services. I am staying with Windows 8.1 for the time being.
For those working on/upgrading, using a 64GB SDmicro memory in the SDmicro slot is handy for driver, data, and program storage.

Richscheller, looks like I have the identical T100 as you, I am happy to report that since the BIOS update and connectivity fixed, the T100 has been a top performer.

Asus T100 owners, if you are suffering from "Limited Connectivity", there may be a cure. Link to potential cure posting
