I replaced my touchscreen to, with one black label, from here:Touch Screen Digitizer for Asus Transformer Book T100 T100TA FP TPAY10104A 02X H | eBay works ok, one single dead zone cca 5 mm weight, no lines or patterns of electrodes, just like original one. Calibration was the key, i make it work enough good for me.

Question have to replace my screen which has been broken?

My T100TA has been broken for a long time.
Touch sensor was disorder, so i had to disable touch screen driver.
I'm going to buy "Item number:321699968314" on Ebay.com (link below) and have a question

Is it appropriate with my machine?
One more thing, are there any glue on product's border? (to mount Touch screen and display panel)

    Thanks for watching

    Hi,
I've just replaced the digitizer on my T100TA-DK003H and have used this one from the Amazon:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Transformer-...100ta+-+dk003h

It fit perfectly, but the Transformer wouldn't work properly until I restored to factory settings. After one unsuccessful attempt, I restored the Transformer and everything started working.

    Best regards,
    Vlada

So I got the asus t100 back in December of 2013, had it for two weeks and cracked it. After that I stopped using it and got a dell venue 11 pro. Well now that is having issues so I can't use it. So I've been using my sister's asus x205ta. I also have a old macbook pro but that thing is too slow. I will need to buy a new mac for college but want to wait until summer to get it.
This all leads me to how I got here. I would like to replace my t100's cracked screen, so what is the best place to buy it from? What tools do I need?

Touch Screen replaced but turns off when docking kb

    Hello,

I've just replaced my touch screen on my T100TAS DK046H.
It works ok when I only use the tablet but once I plug it with the keyboard/hdd it turns off.
I tried to unmount a little and checked connections, everything seems ok, I don't know where is the problem, it seems there is a short circuit somewhere...

If you have any idea please help

    (Sorry for my english)

    Thank you

    Touch Screen moods

Hello madeesseetmoi. I am having a similar problem, that has come and gone during the brief period I have owned my T100TA. Seems like the touch screen works perfectly for a while both with and without the keyboard/dock, and then just quits for a while. At present, it is not working, I have restored a Macrium reflect image made while it was working, and that did not help (suspected a driver issue) so I guess your short circuit hypothesis still merits consideration. I have no idea when the touch screen will continue to work, but I have gotten used to it, like it, and would really like to get a handle on how to restore and maintain its function.

Aha! I tried detaching & reattaching the screen, and rebooting the combined screen & dock two or three times, and Finally, my touch screen is back! Perhaps it actually is some kind of interlock issue in the table/dock connector (unfortunately a bit flakey). Time will tell!

*** OK, one more (potentially useful) note. I shut down and disassembled tablet & keyboard to put back in the protective case. I reattached them in the case and when assembled and re-booted, my touch screen did not work. Thinking of your dilemma, I detached the touchscreen from the dock and viola, the detached touch screen worked, reproducing your symptom. I VERY CAREFULLY reassembled tablet with dock, pressing evenly but slowly enough to hear a final click, and the software-produced musical sound. Then the touchscreen worked, attached to the dock/keyboard. Maybe some similar attention to your tablet/dock attachment will help. The connector is definitely finnicky.

    Hello,
After less than a month from the screen change, I seam to have succeeded in wrecking my digitizer yet again: my T100 fell flat on the screen on a wooden floor (from a 30cm high table), and the touchscreen won't work.

There are no scratches nor visible cracks on the screen, but no touch functions are working. On the other hand, the computer works when attached to the keyboard and with a mouse (the touchscreen doesn't work in that configuration either).

Do any of you have any idea what I might do in order to try to make my touchscreen work?

    Thanks,
    Vlada
