Keyboard problems - attached and onscreen
My keyboard works sometimes, sometimes don't.
Not only attached keyboard, but an onscreen keyboard is not working as well.
Even in the ease of access option, the onscreen keyboard is not working, so they are all linked and synchronously not working.
Then I must restart numerous time, attach the keyboard and try to make it work.
Have removed and reinstalled Asus Touchpad drivers like 100 times and ATK package as well, same annoying keyboard hiccups - works one moment, then it stops - not only attached one, onscreen keyboard too !!
I thought that it's only physicals keyboard that doesn't work due hardware issues in connector, but now, even in tablet mode, I can't use onscreen keyboard too.
Very strange. Really don't know what's wrong ..any ideas ?

If you disconnect and leave the hard keyboard unattached and reboot does the onscreen keyboard work properly and reliably? If the onscreen keyboard functions reliably and properly, I'd say you have an intermittent hard keyboard connection or ?? issue.
Rick, loving my T100TA-C1-GR Z3740 64GB Win 10
BIOS 314. All Windows updates except Bing. All Asus Live Updates. WIFI driver 5.93.99.210
I get 8-12 hrs use per charge using SLEEP mode. Warning, NEVER calibrate the touchscreen.

Thanks for reply.
When I restart without keyboard attached, Asus touchscreen keyboard sometimes works sometimes doesn't, and same is happening to onscreen keyboard from ease of access option.
It's driving me crazy - can't do much when all keyboard options are locked ( only that narrator is constantly popping up ) and can't type anything !
I wonder, does Asus physical keyboard has some sort of battery for power backup - have 500 GB HDD inside.
