    T100HA-C4-GR Mouse Keeps disappearing

The mouse from the pad keeps disappearing. I have uninstalled\reinstalled the driver and sometimes that fixes the problem. Other times I can go to "all settings>devices>mouse and then it is fixed and then other times I just separate the key pad from the display and reconnect and it fixes itself. If all else fails, I just shut down the tablet (not restart) and the start it up and the mouse works again.

Can anyone suggest a permanent fix?

I am hesitant to do that since that is a lot of work and also I have this problem since I got the tablet from Asus and I had a prior Asus tablet (different model #) and it had the same issue.

I am reconsidering my previous comment about reinstalling Windows. I have just learned that I have free access to a Win 10 Pro version so I think I will install it. When I do the fresh install, please tell me how I get all of the right drivers and software that came with the system.

Hi, allow us to apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. Is it that the cursor is on your screen but it doesn't move when you use the touchpad or is it not on the screen at all? You could possibly try pressing "Fn" + "F9" to see if you get functionality again. Additionally the drivers can be downloaded here: https://www.asus.com/us/2-in-1-PCs/A...Desk_Download/
