    T100-TAM Has Updated Drivers

    All are dated 2016/05/19
ASUS Transformer Book T100TAM | 2-in-1 PCs | ASUS USA

    3-OS's are listed: Win7, Win8.1, Win10; both 32-bit & 64-bit.

They list a new BIOS Utility (WinFlash) but no BIOS (any version).
Don't know where you would find a BIOS if you needed it.

Other models may have some updates, too.

Then there's a new BIOS, too!!
BIOS 400(T100TAM) which "Update FRC" & is only for Windows 10.
    What is FRC?
    Previous BIOS was BIOS 207(T100TAM)

    Updated all drivers first.
Updating BIOS now with new Winflash...Erasing...Programming...Verifying...Suc cess!!

I have an additional problem: After upgrading to win10-32, I can not activate wireless.
As consequence, I can not download anything.
Can someone give some reliable support?
    Thank you in advance

The wireless driver installed without issue.

The "new" SOC driver is reported to be older than the versions I had installed previously from their website, and the date-modified entries seem to be June 2015, which is newer than ASUS's last driver version. I wonder whether I had installed my set of drivers directly from Intel...which means that the ASUS package is older than the recent one from Intel? I tried running Intel Update Utility but it won't install.

The ATK and SmartGesture drivers require you to manually uninstall the previous version, which means a lot of reboots and it takes longer. They installed without issues.

Installing BIOS right now. I'm a bit dubious about that video driver but I'll see how it runs before I consider switching back to the previous version which...apparently...have a newer time stamp?

It would be nice if ASUS can weigh in on this.

EDIT: well, I left the tablet wireless and touchpad on, to see if it'll sleep, and when I reached into my bag 2hrs afterwards it was warm to the touch and had burned through 25% battery. So the issues I had on BIOS 207 and older drivers still remain. I2C controller still not sleeping.

SmartGesture has a new checkbox allowing for ASUS's own three-finger scrolling to go back/forward for web browsing

Update 2: for the second time now it wouldn't sleep. Had to do a hard reboot (power button + up button). No sleep study report generated (I noticed every time it crashes like that there won't be a sleep report).

It seems that any sleep longer than 2 hours so far would cause it to crash. I'll be charging the tablet today and putting it to sleep again for an extended period to see what happens

Sleep has not worked properly in a long time. It's not really sleep but Modern Standby.
Connected Standby requires password after waking from sleep

I'm leaving the tablet open to see if I can wake up the device from the keyboard, but powercfg -sleepstudy already looks much better with disabling the keyboard/touchpad/I2S audio
