I am able to change Maximum Processor State to 50% and from Task Manager it 'stop' at 0.71GHz but when needed it will Turbo Boost up to 2.2xGhz. Btw, too low Processor State will make the notebook unresponsive / too slow to response.
Thanks to this post I was able to fix my throttle issue. Peterscm, you made my day.

    Hi,

I'm used to hold mine with one hand only by the keyboard beside the trackpad.

I already noticed that the keyboard is quite flexible.
I wonder if the battery & trackpad issues are not related to the poor quality of the keyboard.

Yesterday, the trackpad seemed to not be placed properly in its slot.
Si I try to fix it (bending gently the keyboard a bit in opposite direction).
It seems my T100HA is behaving much better since then.

Before: all battery empty in one night, really slow (mb because of shortcuts in the trackpad circuitry).
Now: just 8% drain during one night, running smoothly.

    What do you think ?

    I'll check again this night.

I do that too, but so far without any apparent ill effects. The keyboard is the worst feature of the T100HA, though. It feels flimsy and sounds rattly and cheap.

The worst overnight battery consumption I've had is 1%, but I have almost nothing running in the background. Perhaps you could try putting it into sleep mode overnight without the keyboard attached? That would indicate whether or not the keyboard is implicated in battery drain.

    Hi,

Last evening I tried to check the behaviour of the device without keyboard attached.
Before the night, battery was at about 60%
this morning it was at about 5%
Nearly all the battery got drained, so it's not a keyboard issue.

sleepstudy told me that the cpu was up for 6h38mins

    Don't know what's up with my T100HA ...

Try it without a micro/SD card installed if you have one.

Well that rules that gremlin out.

I think I would suggest a process of elimination.
    1) Full power off & on
    2) Connect to a charger
    3) Power off and leave to charge fully.
    4) Power on and use normally, noting the battery level when you finish for the day.
    5) Check the reading in the morning.

If it still suffers the drain, then do the W10 equivalent of "refreshing Windows" and repeat the process.

If it still suffers the drain, check to see if you have any unusual apps running. You do run malware protection, yes?

That is a long process, but I guess have no choice ...
I could also post SleepStudy report in case you can read it better than me.

I do have AVG installed, don't know if it could be the problem.

    Thanks for the help.

    I do have

I noticed this post already, but I though that my problem was hardware related, and the T100 post didn't seem appropriate to me.
I thougth the T100HA post would be, but I might have been wrong.

I'll try to stop the background apps, that sounds like a good start to me.
