Maximum I still don't get enough

Comfort I only owned it for 9 month

I keep mine to 40% or sometimes 35% in darker places or even lower in dark, and it's easily readable. Once outside, a little to 70-80% in daylight and you can still read great. I am guessing an issue with the display, or light sensor not properly working, could be one or both. Try rolling back any light sensor drivers and see, if that doesn't help, when you use AC, do you have an issue reading too? Call in for an RMA/Repair and have the display checked, the 100% display brightness is super bright and really clear, which shouldn't cause any reading problems at maximum. Usually since the day, I have bought this great unit, I have yet to touch the display brightness buttons at all, the light sensors do perfect wonders itself, no interaction is required. Goodluck!

I did factory reset and system refresh
No change still think its driver issue
And yes I was exact like you said when
First bought 35% and gets better on Ac
Strange it was fine just left it a month or
Two without use to find it like that
So no way to fix it away from sensor driver
    If it doesn't fix

If you have already tried a factory reset and a system refresh, it clearly seem's it's not a driver/software related but a hardware one. I would suggest, best option is to send it in for repair/check-up the display and let them find out what the exact issue is with the display brightness. The sensor driver, is only adjusting the ambient brightness lvl of the display, it won't fix the display backlight.
