    Low Volume

Anybody else think the volume on these machines are too low? I was watching netflix and had to turn it up to 90% just to make it audible.

That's not at all the experience here. I use at least 9 different applications that feature video and audio - and its quite robust for all of them.

Are you operating with the most current bios and audio drivers available for your specific T100 model? Those tend to impact the audio experience more than anything else.

My T100 has great volume. How are you watching Netflix? In a browser (which one?) or with the Netflix app? I believe regardless of how you're watching, there is a volume slider at the bottom of the Netflix video screen. Make sure it's all the way up.

i always watch using the netflix app. that's the problem though. putting the volume slider all the way up and having mediocre sound levels is what concerns me. could be the app itself. will do some more testing on youtube or in a browser tonight

Definitely try more than just one app...if it happens with 2-3 of them...it's reasonable to assume there's some setting or other issue on the T100.

If the problem happens with just 1 app (or two)...it could be the app itself.

Search on "volume" and tap and make sure sliders are all the way up.

What version of Realtek Audio (Programs and Features) are you using?
Have a look at the following thread and see if the solution works for you

I'm glad I read this thread, because I updated to 4087 about 3 weeks back and have been noticing recently my T100 just didn't seem as loud as I had remembered in the past and had assumed it was just the movie I had been watching. I wasn't able to put 2 and 2 together. Rolling back 4055 now. Thanks!!!
