'USB Device not Entering Selective Suspend' - reported by powercfg /energy

I've noticed this error in an energy report generated by the command...
    Code:
    'powercfg /energy'
    Details of the error...
USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Selective Suspend
This device did not enter the USB Selective Suspend state. Processor power management may be prevented when this USB device is not in the Selective Suspend state. Note that this issue will not prevent the system from sleeping.
    Device Name USB Composite Device
    Host Controller ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F35
Host Controller Location PCI bus 0, device 20, function 0
    Device ID USB\VID_0B05&PID_17E0
    Port Path 3
Any ideas what it could be? Some BIOS/driver issue regarding the USB port in the keyboard?

I suspect it may be the cause of my battery draining during sleep at 75-90mW/hour when docked versus 35mW/hour undocked.

Now, I'm not overly worried about the battery drain any more after my previous failed experiments to improve things

But I guess I may not be alone as I'm sure I've seen others mention higher drain when docked. I could understand a small increase due to touchpad, keyboard, etc. But more than double?!

Yes, power consumption is a lot higher when docked. You can set the keyboard not to wake the machine if you want through powercfg. That may reduce power consumption. Its going to consume more because it is listening to several keyboard components for when you open it, hit a key or touch the touch pad to wake it up. That consumes power.

The difference between 35mWs and 75-90mWs is 4 weeks versus 2 weeks of connected standby time.

It'll probably be okay. I accept the fact that I have shorter connected standby when docked. It isn't like going from 2 weeks to half a day.
