yes, I can also report that I have not noticed anything much different than with 3.06.
only thing different is that I did get bsods with 3.06, especially in its first weeks.

    both bios versions performed well.

Bios 309 was posted and withdrawn at least twice. I have been running it for 2 days and it has not resulted in any difference in the operation of my T100TA. The user experience has not improved as promised however.

One thing is did find was that I was not able to go back to an older Bios. It appears that roll back of the bios is not possible. This should be an option in my opinion.

You have to run winflash from the command line with the switch -nodate if you want to select an older BIOS file. Unless you mean that specifically on BIOS 309 it disables the ability to load a previous BIOS.

Excellent tip on the /nodate parameter; it worked very well. The Asus support group did not know this and recommended I return my T100TA to the factory. This is not the first time, however, that they have not been able to answer a straightforward question.

Before wasting your time with the support next time, search the forum first, it has been explained in another thread.

I noticed that the device won't charge anymore. I found out just before I left to work. Yesterday before going to bed I left it at 18% to charge and this morning there was no difference.
The indicator on the desktop says it's connected to the powersupply but it's not charging.
I tried another cable and adapter, same issue.
I wonder if it's the bios ant that's a reason they pulled it back.

It's not the BIOS....have v3.09 installed here for almost a week now and having no such charging issues...something else is going on there.

Have you tried to do a full "power down" and then restart?

I restarted the device, but I'll try a full power down tonight.

A restart IS a full power down automatically followed by a power up. I'd say unless you want to just try a full power down again, you've technically done it.
