    Yes. The drivers won't install otherwise.

    I am experiencing some issues with my tablet's charging lately and I suspect its related to new bios.

    Am I safe to downgrade bios to 223 and how to do it, because I cant use winflash.

    Found it, winflash /nodate from cmd will work.

    Gonna test the tablet now to see if issues are gone and report back.

    How long has the 2.26 BIOS been out? Anyone have any problems at all with it, or heard of any problems? I tend to lean on the side of caution when it comes to these BIOS updates. Unless I'm having a problem that I need fixed ASAP, I like to wait a while and see if a new BIOS causes any problems for anyone before I install it.

    Haven't had any problems on 2.26 myself. It's been out for around a week I believe

    @DARE_V

    like what kind of charging issues?

    (mine's been suddenly charging at the glorious rate of 6% -8% per hour, used to be 20%.)
    Have done refresh, and I charge only when fully shut down
    Thought going from BIOS 220 to 225 will solve it but still the same painfully slow charging.
    Maybe my charger.

    Anyway, did your BIOS rollback solve it?

    Have your tablet been charging faster when it's not fully shutdown?

    Lightbulb

    If you have problems after updating touchscreen driver (you will have as update resets settings) there's no need to reset the device.
    Open regedit and go to HCU/Software/Microsoft/Wisp/Touch and set Friction key to 0x16 or whatever you fill comfortable (experiment)
    And reboot.
