    Question 224 or 225 BIOS?

Well folks, what's the general consensus? Should we be installing version 224 or 225 of the BIOS? It's strange that ASUS leaves both available at the website. Any experiences or thoughts would be appreciated. Thx!!!

I came here to say that after installing 224 my two-finger scrolling is really gone to ----. I can scroll a few times, then it stops working until I single tap the screen and it'll work again for a few more scrolls.

It was definitely changed after the BIOS upgrade as it was fine before and I do a LOT of two finger scrolling.

I may try the 225 just to see if it fixes this problem.

Anybody else seeing this after the upgrade?

    That's REALLY weird.

I just flashed to 225 and everything is fine once again. And yes I rebooted, etc so it wasn't just a fluke. It happened in Windows apps (control panel, explorer, etc) and both browsers.

It was like the top window was moving to the background and losing focus. The title bar changed colors constantly as if it was bouncing back and forth between foreground/background.

    Anyway, 225 definitely fixed it.

AND...what's happened to the "Like" button on the forum page? This predates my 224 update BTW. Is there something I've forgotten to "Like" something??

And why not simply install the latest one? Ask 10 people and you'll get 20 opinions. 224 was quickly succeeded by 225. My guess is: there is a reason for that.

I installed 224 because that's what came up in Asus Live Update---225 didn't come up. I suspect 225 will come up in a few days. My thoughts are to wait a few days until Asus Live Update picks it up. It's a matter of opinion I suppose, but my thoughts are let the newest one get used to see what happens before committing to it.
