Holy crap. I just might have to do this. I guess I'm going to have to learn how to install office to my sD, as I think that's the only thing (of any mentionable size) that id like to keep that you seem to have removed. Well done.

    anyway!!
i just found a way to save a few more gigabytes by removing unecessary files from the SSD!! (2gb on mine, and after installing several windows updates... it might be desireable to do these commands again)

open command prompt with administrator rights,
    and type

    "DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup"

when that is done type this
    "DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /SPSuperseded"

    and when this finishes type
    "DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase"

i just did a fresh install and performed a few tweaks, and will post later how much free space i have on c:\
TRIED ALL T HE ABOVE. Did not make a difference to me. Note in my post what i already did. I did find running disk clean several times gave me a few gigs free,

Currently have 14.5 gig with office 2013 with outlook installed.

Strange. I noticed that sometimes I had to reboot to see the effect it had on diskspace.
Maybe when u ran cleandisk, u deleted the files that were made ready to delete with the DISM.exe

Anyway, i'm just a noob trying to help.
I apologize if it doesnt work out for everyone

Reboot may show you more space but thats usually because the Pagefile is small to being with and depoending on how much things you use, it dynamically grows or becomes smaller..!

    No worries, every little helps..!

i used spacesniffer and i saw that dism commands decreased my winsxs folder with about 2gigabytes so im sure it wasnt pagefile

so for some reason ur winsxs was already cleaned i guess.
and it was only after doing DISM commands that i compressed winsxs folder

I am not tech savvy like many of you are privilege to and so overwhelmed with this.

I just got my Asus T100TA-C1-GR yesterday Mar 5 2014 ($375 incl taxes at Walmart - Roswell, GA 30075 - got the last but one!!).

I wonder if i can put my Adobe CS5 on it and would that consume all my space. I cant even ask you how you did all that - thats a lot. Hm someday i will be tech savvy beyond MS Office, and Internet

Also can anyone tell me this, does anyone know what type of software the Brothers on HGTV use when they are showing their clients the potential "after" work of how their before" rooms will look like - you know that 3D graphics thingy (does anyone know the name of that software they use) - am just curious. Some day id like to invest in one, and learn how to use it - as an interior designer my clients will be very impressed showing them ideas on my T100 tablet using that software

I put Dreamweaver 6 on it, and Adobe insists on being installed on your C drive :-/

However, I still have over 12GB free afterwards...

System clean up does more than I thought; I routinely perform it and I don't think a resetbase would get me much more space? My winsxs is 4.1gb.
