Make sure you first right click on the ICC file and select Install Profile.

then go to File, Save as and save this as battery.bat

Now close those files down and right click battery.bat and run as administrator and the above commands will run and helpfully put the reports on your desktop which you can then quickly load in your default web browser which should save running and then searching for the above manually each time when diagnosing these battery issues.
    Great tip

    1. Search for and open Device Manager
    2. Navigate to Network adapters > Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter
    3. right click > Properties
    4. Driver tab
    5. If you have the following, go to step 6 Driver version: 5.93.98.187 signed by Microsoft
    6. Click Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list... > Broadcom 802.11 abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter (Microsoft) > Next > Close
    7. Confirm Driver version is 5.93.97.168 signed by Microsoft

Note 1: wifi speeds should be slower but stable
Note 2: If the problem comes back, toggling the airplane mode on and off should quickly resolve the issue (I didn't need to do this yet)
I can confirm that fixed my wifi stability problems. My connection will generally go 12-36hrs before it conks and quick hitting airplane mode on and then off restores it. With .187 it'll lose connection every 20 minutes to 2 hours and only a reboot will restore it.

For tips on improving Wifi speed, under the same properties, go to advanced. Enable a/b/g 20/40Mhz mode. Also enable 20/40Mhz coexistance and enable WMM. The later two default to auto and the first defaults to a/b/g 20Mhz.

Initially under .168 I would get around 4MB/sec average download speeds. Bumping to a/b/g 20/40 mode increase it to around 7.5MB/sec average (my router is running in 40Mhz/channel bonded mode). Enabling 20/40 coexistance from auto upped to to around 8MB/sec and a bit more stable speeds. Enabling WMM further increased to 9-9.5MB/sec average speeds. All of this is on 2.4Ghz.

Next we can simply turn "Hibernation checkbox" on (in power settings) and set Hibernation on the lists above this checkbox.

The drawback is that we don't have ability to sleep the device in any way.
But I think that it should be possible to somehow turn on normal sleep (need research).
    My only comment:

WARNING: Do not attempt this if you are not completely familiar with performing these kinds of changes.

Anyone having charging problems should watch this video:

As a matter of fact, you should pull out the two silver prongs and golden-plated pins as well. I had a problem with battery drain while the computer was plugged in. Charging rate was only 2W, so the battery was slowly discharging. After I fixed the prongs and pins the charging rate increased to 4.5-5W, and the battery started to charge normally.
Of course the video is regarding a TF101 Android ASUS Transformer tablet....not the T100.

But the charger concept is similar in the T100, in terms of the USB end of the AC Adapter connection.

Made your additional suggested tweaks to the Broadcom properties and my tablet now has 150mbps connection!
Of course my internet connection is less than a tenth if that, but I am happy to see it work so well
    Thank you

T100 useful tips and tricks discussion

My pleasure. Sadly mine can't handle my internet connection... which in some ways i'll color myself lucky. Mine maxes at ~80Mbps down and 36 up and my T100 realistically only hits 60-70Mbps usable. Can't complain though. Well, I can about the cost (FIOS is danged expensive).

One interesting note on the windows 8/8.1 fast startup, it likely wont matter to anyone with a T100, but wake on LAN from power off will not work with fast startup enabled. Doesn't matter on WiFi, but some wired NICs support it, like the adapters in my desktop and server. That took a couple of hours to figure out why it wouldn't work.

I really have no clue why it doesn't work or is deliberately disabled by windows, but it is what it is.
