How Do I Check which BIOS I'm currently running?
Sorry if this has been asked/answered. I want to be sure I don't already have the 2.20 before going through the update process. I'm an old-fart and am not yet facile with this device. Thanks.

Press and hold down the F2 key while restarting (or starting up) the T100 and it will show you.

I tried doing that and got nothing. I also have tried to update my BIOS to the latest available, and ever after downloading both WinFlash and the latest update (v2.23, as of 1/20/2014), nothing seems to be happening.
I've searched all over the forum and web, I must be missing something. Help, anyone?

You have to unzip the 223 bios file, then run Winflash and point it to the unzipped file you just downloaded. Then follow the instructions from Winflash.

Install software called cpu-z, it shows bios version

I though there was some information screen within Windows that would show the BIOS version, but I can't seem to find it now.

I'm away from my T100 right now but did a google search for "bios version win 8.1" and found this link.
How to Access the Boot Menu and BIOS in Windows 8 « Operating Systems
Since the T100 is designed to conform to Microsoft Win 8.1 system specs, this may work.
Can someone try this hold the "shift" key while tapping restart from the Metro UI settings selection and see what happens? Be careful!

I have confirmed this does work and it does let one check their BIOS version along with a lot of other stuff. Just hold the "shift" key and select "Restart" from the Settings>Power button. It is a bit scary going into the behind the scenes stuff but if you're careful and make no changes, it shouldn't cause any issues but I have to say BE CAREFUL and you're on your own.

Yes, thanks. I knew there was a way to find this within Windows.
You can reach this screen directly by hitting the Windows key (when on the desktop, or Charms-Bar/ search when in Metro), typing system information and hitting return. (or just system, it will be the first item listed, then select).
This should be in the Tips and Tricks sticky.
