I see these type devices as mini-me PCs for x86 function when you need portability and not worry about a power socket. As a tablet, I find Windows inferior to my Android tablets and my iPad 4. I use them for tablet function and this type device as a killer mini-me PC and not deal with running out of juice quickly and heat pushing from a vent

The killer app though is these puppies have MS Office and happen to be great (IMO) portable game & media devices- perhaps by accident?

As tablets though they have a lot of catch-up work.

Added: That said, if somebody said Windows would be a viable tablet device and have good battery life with x86 apps as well- I would have laughed not too long ago.

Great idea for a thread. It interesting reading how everyone else uses their T100's. Personally i'd say i use mine as a tablet 70-75% of the time and docked maybe 25-30%. The tablet alone is much lighter and more convenient for me. I would probably use it docked a lot more if the screen opened a lot wider. The fact it stops at nearly a 90 degree right angle is definitely a big part of why i don't use it docked more often...
