    T100 battery wear level

    Hello guys,
I've got question about battery wear level measured in program called Battery Care. After using T100 for around 2 weeks its showing me battery wear level at 5%. Is it good or bad ? How is your wear level and after what time ? Or the software shows wrong ?
I'm using my T100 everyday for around 9hrs. Usually I discharge battery to around 40~60% then charge it to 100% and so on. Is it good habit ?
Thank's for help in advance, Regards.

    P.s. I have T100 500gb version.

Im not sure how to interpret the 5%, but the way you are using your battery does conform with the practices recommended by experts. The only thing you might change if possible is to charge to 90-95% instead of 100%. That is hard to do, but if you can then you're pretty much ideal. I would expect your battery to last a good long time though if you just keep doing what you have been and avoid deep discharges. Hope that helps somewhat.

Hello everyone, first post here ever. I found these forums cause I was searching for info regarding the battery life. Anyways, I thought my battery life was a little low for the amount of time I spent actually using my T100. I mainly bought it two weeks ago for school (which starts in January) so right now I am only using it as an e-reader (app called 'Bazaar Book Reader'. I only plan to use Microsoft word with it and maybe some internet browsing but thats it, no gaming.

I manually recorded my battery levels a few days ago and wouldn't mind seeing what you guys think...ie: would you consider it normal drainage.

    8:45am: 100%
    1:00pm: 94%
4:38pm: 87% - Read for next 40 minutes, low brightness, no other apps open...connected to WiFi
    5:18pm: 83%
    8:48pm: 75%
11:32pm: 69% - Read for next 40 minutes, low brightness, no other apps open...still connected to WiFi
    12:10am: 65%
    8:45am (next day) : 45%

So as you can see...I've only used my tablet for a total of an hour and twenty minutes. I've had it connected to the keyboard dock the entire time, even when I'm reading as I can easily play the tablet on my lap and use the keys to change pages.

Looking for your guys' opinions / thoughts on this...maybe I should disconnect from WiFi? Is the tablet sleeping properly? I have the settings set so that the tablet is supposed to sleep when I shut the lid. Any help is appreciated, thank you very much.

In reference to this post - http://www.transformerforums.com/for...tml#post292813 I can confirm this method with wear level. However it's completly fib... It's against any logic. Conclusions ? The BatteryCare show's wrong.

Hello. My battery is reducing through the night 12:00 until 9:00 a.m. . It loses 20% . Is it normal ????

I unchecked the keyboard wake up option in device manager.

    Hello,
For now its impossible without any 3rd app, since remaining time is implemented in hardware. Only software measurement can be done which isn't good. For example you can use BatteryCare or BatteryBar. Maybe ASUS will implement this in next bios update ? Who knows.
    Regards.
